1. Products purchased in the stopdivan.ee online store have a guarantee, and it is valid for 12 months from the date of receipt of the order.

2. A product that is replaced under warranty does not receive an additional warranty period. stopdivan.ee is not responsible for the damping of the furniture, the texture and colors of materials and wood. Furniture assembly must be carried out only according to the installation instructions.

3. In case of receiving low-quality goods, the store will replace them with a better one or refund the money.

4. The warranty covers furniture that has defects as a result of transportation, as well as defects due to the fault of the manufacturer.

5. The buyer loses the right to free warranty service:

5.1 If the installation of products was not carried out according to the instructions.

5.2 If the goods were damaged due to the fault of the buyer.

6. Damaged furniture will be replaced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
